This is a 139 unit condominium complex in Port Charlotte, Florida.  There are owners who are full-time residents, owners who are here seasonally, and renters for the season or full-time. This is not an age restricted community.  We are close to the beaches, golfing, sports activities, shopping and excellent restaurants.  If you need medical assistance, you will be within a short distance to medical facilities.  We have many social activities during the season so that you have the opportunity to meet others in the complex.  The residents are active and tend to be very sociable.  In 2009, CNN Money rated Port Charlotte as the best place to retire to.  We love it here and would like to extend a hearty welcome to those who are new residents.  Promenades West is a great place to live.
